Digital Media and Online Buying Considerations among Generation Z in Malaysia

In the rapid development of technologies, number users accessing Internet is rapidly increasing. Many businesses are now expanding their operations through digital media and online commerce platforms. Digital defined as a business that assisted by to increase productivity profitability company revolves around e-commerce. Malaysia one potential countries for we have large crowd internet which dominated younger generation, especially Generation Z. These groups people technology savvy more prone using Internet. However, growth in purchases still slow compared global trend. Hence, understanding purchase expectations intentions, it can help improve strategy cater strictly Z needs. It also assist retailers providing customers with same assurance they when from physical stores. From findings, trust, security, service quality found significant influences on Z's intention.
